This page explains the privacy and research principles of the public ISDAM Clinical AI website. The website presents institutional and research information only. It does not provide a clinical service, patient account, medical-record system or production AI tool.
The website does not use analytics, advertising cookies, contact forms or user accounts. A language preference may be stored locally in the visitor’s browser and is not transmitted by the website. The hosting provider may retain standard technical access logs under its own infrastructure and policies.
Messages sent to diretoria@isdam.com.br are voluntarily provided by the sender and should be limited to business, research or technical inquiries. Do not send patient information, medical records, audio recordings or sensitive clinical information.
Initial development and benchmarking are limited to synthetic, simulated or properly de-identified material. The public website does not upload, receive or process research audio. Any future study involving human participants or identifiable clinical information will require the applicable ethical, institutional, legal and data-protection safeguards before it begins.
ISDAM intends to evaluate third-party cloud AI services with non-identifiable research material. Provider security certifications or privacy statements do not automatically certify the ISDAM application or replace an independent assessment of LGPD obligations, international data transfers, retention and access controls.
